நமச்சிவாய என்பார் உளரேல் அவர் 
தம் அச்ச நீங்கத் தவநெறி சார்தலால் 
அமைத்துக் கொண்டதோர் வாழ்க்கையனாகிலும் 
இமைத்து நிற்பது சால அரியதே.

Meaning of song:

If one says, "namaccivAya", as they get rid of
the fear and become ascetic nature,
even if he (she) has chosen a way of life,
it is very hard to forget even for a moment.

Notes:
1. When one commits to the panchAkshara,
"namaH shivAya", the great things automatically
get set. Even if they do not become ascetic
and lead the life like the rest of the people 
choosing one of the ways of life, they hardly forget
God in their way and reach the Great destination.
