Translation of song:

Along with the honey-rich-plaited-hair Lady,
the God Who gladly rides the thirumAl bull;
The Ultimate Who does only pleasant grace
to those who have got rid of the bonds,
is the Wealthy One at thiruccirAppaLLi.

Notes:
1. They have got rid off all their bonds and
are fully with the God. To them God is
showering only Bliss.
   Philosophically also the soul gets the influence
of what it is attached to. As long as the soul is
still in bond, it gets influenced by the matters
bonded to. When it cuts off the bonds and
holds on the Blissful and Bliss giving Lord,
it only enjoys Bliss.
2. maTTu - honey; kuzal - plait; mAlviDai
- mahAviShNu became the bull for Lord during
tripurasamhAram; ciTTar - shrEshTar.
