Meaning:
"By nature things associated with birth are harmful, so the
great joy is for the renounced people and for others the
sorrow would not eliminated.", thus you mistook. Don't
forget ! You got on with the right path ! The Justice, Who
has the head over which holy water brims (gangai), His
thiruvArUr (you) could worship and get uplifted. Oh heart,
don't be frightened due to the desires !

Notes:
1. For the devotee the life should not be an ocean of gloom.
When the Blissful Lord is ever dancing in the lotus of heart,
the gloom could only be because of not focusing on that
graceful dance and being dragged around by desires. For
one who rejoices the presence of the Sweet Three-eyed Lord,
there is no need to renounce the world. They can walk around
proudly - not proud of themselves, but proud of the presence
of God !

cenni - head; maiyal - lust / confused state.
