in the twined hair in a commendable way, 
the king of the people of thirukkoccaivayam 
having flagged balconies and dark shrubs of kAnthaL 
- thirunyAnacambanthar of unattainable glory 
- told ten good songs those who are capable  
they would be in the Ultimate world.

Water is a fluid and hence tend to flow away. 
God nicely held it at the hair.
