    கொக்கரையின் சச்சரியின் பாணி யானைப் 
பருமணியைப் பவளத்தைப் பசும்பொன் முத்தைப் 
    பருப்பதத்தி லருங்கலத்தைப் பாவந் தீர்க்கும் 
அருமணியை ஆரூரி லம்மான் றன்னை 
    அறியா தடிநாயேன் அயர்த்த வாறே.
