thirucciRRambalam

Meaning:
In all the directions the chiefs of the gaNas coming ahead
of divines densely crowding in the sky, still ensuring that
there is no noise raised, making well heard the enthusing music
of the flute in which the worship is done by playing the melody
of the Holy Five Syllables, the Artist Lord Who loves that music
came and stood in front.

Notes:
1. Music is a beautiful instrument and AnAyar showed us
that it can get one the Ultimate gift - God - when it is played
with full hearted devotion to God. By the words "vERRolikaL
viravAmE" and "thamaipparavum icai virumbum kUththanAr",
cEkkizAr highlights the glory of that worship.
God has given innumerable ways through which one can
focus on It and get to the Bliss ! One chooses according to
what is naturally aligned to them. The ones who understand
that it is an instrument available to them to get to God and
stands like rock become the great ones - like our nAyanmArs.
2. cEkkizAr unlike many others has taken interest in very minute
details associated with the nAyanmArs and has done lots of
research and has given us the extraordinary periya purANam.
(Of course more than being a researcher who looks for facts,
he has closely followed the intentions of the great saints and
has written the scripture adhering to the guidance of Divine Grace).
For example one who reads AnAya nAyanAr purANam cannot
avoid exclaiming the great amount of details he gives about playing
music in the flute. It is a treasure, just marvelous !
3. micai - sky; miDain^thu - coming close/dense;
viravAmE - not mixing up.
