தேவனைப் பூதப் படையனைக் கோதைத் திருஇதழிப்
பூவனைக் காய்சினப் போர்விடை தன்னொடும் போற்ற நின்ற
மூவனை ஈருருவாய முக்கண்ணனை முன்னுமறை
நாவனை நான் மறவேன் இவை நான் வல்ல ஞானங்களே

Meaning:
The Divine, One with the army of bhUtas, One with the
garland of holy konRai flowers, Old One with the fierce 
belligerent bull Who stands to be hailed, Three-eyed 
Who is in double appearance (male & female), One
with the tongue that brims out the vedas - Him, 
I won't forget. This is the wisdom I have mastered !
