Meaning of the Prayer Song:

 When the limbs of the divine abode is praised,
You are reserved for the head of the Shishumara.
Salutations to You are apt;
Not for the divines, who are not the masters.

 Notes:

1. vibudhA - dvivine; parishiShya - remain; sAmprata - fit/proper.

2. The Taittariya Aranyaka 2.19.1, while talking about the limbs
of the Shishumara, it talks about various divines and which part they
belong to: forehead - dharma, jaws - brahma and yagya, heart - vishnu,
feet - ashwin, atri, mitra, varuna.

However Lord Shiva is not mentioned as any of these limbs.
Because Lord Shiva is the Master - the Ishana - the Lord.
It would not be appropriate to praise Him as one of the
confined limb.

Those divines who are not the Masters are not fit for our worship.
OnlY Lord Shiva, Who is the Ishana is fit for our salutation.
