Situated in Palakkad district of Kerala, in the Ottapalam-Palakkad bus route, you will find a bus top called Pathiripala. From there, the temple is at a distance of one kilometre. Here, Swayamboo Siva vigraha is there. Ganapathy & Bhagavathi are the other deities in this temple.

 

 

The temple is very small but is situated amidst land of 3 acres which includes a big pond. Here, the daily poojas are offered by Tamil Brahmins though the main Tantri is a Namboodiri. Main festivals are Sivarathri, Ardradarsanam & Thalappoli. Here, the Swayamboo lingam is facing east.
