Explanation of sundarar thevaram:

Realized, realized the Splendid Thing That stood in my mind.
Arrived, arrived at thiruvoRRiyUr and there,
Rested on, rested on the soft shoulders and big breasts of caNgili.
Rejoiced, rejoiced. It is the Grace of the Lord of thiruvAmAththUr.

Notes:
1. The glory of the devotion of saint sundharar is reflecting
in this song. In the day to day affairs he lived with the Lord 
as the only hold. He realized the Supreme Lord in his heart
and he also lived a happy life - getting the joy of both ikam
and param (this world and the other).
  If one can live like sundharar why torture the self in the name 
of attaining the highest thing ?! (The ardous effort of the seeker 
is not undermined here. But just putting oneself to pain may not
lead one to anywhere and for the one who realizes God, living 
in whatever walk of life is not that important.)
