Meaning:
Unseeable by the viShNu and brahma.
The Lord of mahendhiram Who wears the burnt white ash,
the Lord of kailAsh Who has the fragrant wide matted hair,
the Source at nice cool thiruvArUr 
is the Lord at thiruvAnaikkA.

Notes:
1. As this padhikam praises the four great abodes of
Lord shiva together this is called "kUDaR chadhukkam".
2. mayEn^dhiram referred in this padhikam is not 
mayEn^dhira paLLi, but is the mayEn^dhira malai that is
referred in thiruvAcakam multiple times.
(for example - mannum mAmalai mayEn^dhiram ..)
