Meaning of stanza:

 
Ladies of feet softer than cotton, men, devotees, 
attained people doing abundantly the job of  
fondling with sweet words (Your) qualities everyday 
at thirukkOTTARu, those who melt inside saying, 
"Lovely Lord! Gemlike! Elder of gem throat!" 
they do not know to be dead or born again  
in this ancient world.
