திருச்சிற்றம்பலம்

வாழினும் சாவினும் வருந்தினும் போய்
வீழினும் உன கழல் விடுவனல்லேன்
தாழிளந் தடம்புனல் தயங்கு சென்னிப்
போழ் இள மதி வைத்த புண்ணியனே.
    இதுவோ எமை ஆளுமாறு ஈவதொன்று எமக்கு இல்லையேல்
    அதுவோ உனது இன்னருள் ஆவடுதுறை அரனே.

thiruchchiRRambalam

Meaning:
Whether I live, die, suffer or even get ditched,
I would not leave out Your Feet !
On the head that hosts the fresh river that flows down,
the Auspicious One Who has kept the tender crescent !

Is this the way You preside over us ?!
Even if you do not have anything to bestow us with,
that itself is Your sweet grace, (we would consider so)
oh the aran of thiruvAvaDuthuRai !

Notes:
1. The true devotee worships God irrespective of 
how the grace makes that person live. Be it as the
lord of the world or left even uncared for !
Whatever bestowed is God's blessings. Keeping
that in mind would help one to move forward than
to get stagnated in a state of disgust.
Because the wealth aimed for is the one that 
neither has growth nor the destruction.
