எற்றான் மறக்கேன் எழுமைக்கும் எம்பெருமானையே
உற்றாய் என்று உன்னையே உள்குகின்றேன் உணர்ந்து உள்ளத்தால்
புற்றாடு அரவா புக்கு ஒளியூர் அவினாசியே
பற்றாக வாழ்வேன் பசுபதியே பரமேட்டியே.

Meaning:
By what means can I forget my Lord, even for seven 
generations to come ? My heart melt with feeling,
thinking only You as the relationship. Oh, the One with
the snake that dances in the anthill, Eternal Lord of
thiruppukkoLiyUr, I would live with Your hold, oh
Lord of all lives, One in sacred place !

Notes:
1. This pathikam was sung by cundharar, requesting
God to bring back to life a boy who was eaten off by a 
crocodile ages ago.
