Meaning of the Prayer Song:

Masters of the virtuous mind looking up to Your Feet,
languishing saying, "Give the love!",
for You to take abode in my mind, who am I?
What kind of submission is mine?!
Oh the Lord, Who has taken abode in Thirupuvanam,
wherein the beetles hum in the market coming out of the falling
hair of the women, on the day when the virtuous minds enchant, as You
come out for alms!

 Notes:

1. kizavan - master; alasa - to languish; AvaNam - market.
