Meaning of the Prayer Mantra:
Befittingly You hold the arrows and the bow!
Befittingly You have the golden, adorable and pervasive form!
Befittingly You are showing grace on this huge world!
There is none, oh Lord Rudra, to match Your strength!
Notes:
1. arha - fit; bibharShi - hold; sAyaka - arrow; niShka - golden;
yajatam - adorable; abhva - immense; OjIya - strong
2. arhannidaM dayasE vishvamabhvaM
This could be split as arhan nidam dayase vishvam abhvam.
In this case this would mean "Befittingly You hold the poison
showing mercy on the whole world"
However the pada patha has only "arhan idam".
