Meaning of the Prayer Song:

Those who have understood the context in which the two
salutation (mentioned in the previous) are told in the Shurti,
will affirm that You are the One saluted.
Only fools can dare to say the sun that is shining strong in the noon,
to be non existent.

 Notes:

1. shamsanti - recite; Apatantam - happening; savitA - sun
apanhu - refute.

2. The Vedas explicitly state in the places told in the previous song
that one should salute Lord by the names Pashpati, Mahadeva, Ishana.
(The Sulagava is one of the four Vedavratas highlighted in the Bharadvaja Grhya Sutra)
Haradatar in this song tells all those who can comprehend to see the affirmation in Vedas
to worship Lord Shiva.

We could only pity the others who deny the noon sun.
