Meaning of the Prayer Mantra:
His disc is everywhere in the sky; It also attracts the water for Him;
When let on ground it (water) puts milk into cows and sap in the herbs.
Notes:
1. niShatta - seated; chachChadyAt - attracts; atiShitam - bound; Udhas - water body;
payaH - milk; udaDha - container.
2. The rain aspect is praised here.
The cloud occupies the sky. When that falls on the ground as rain,
the world prospers - cows making milk, herbs growing well.
