Meaning of the Prayer Song:
Oh Master! Even those starting from Brahma and Vishnu
in their zealous prayers, standing in front are waiting
in contenment for long time.
If the worm like me is seeking to get Your refuge quickly,
that is only due to the Mercy of You - the Lord of the worlds
- on the distressed in this world!
Notes:
1. upEndra - Vishnu; Ipasita - desire; cira - long time;
avasara - moment; tOSha - contenment; pratIkShyaH - wait;
drAk - quickly; kITakalpaH - worm like.
