Meaning of the Prayer Song:

Oh the Shuladhara! In the vedic worship - the Shulagava Yagya,
the mantra all over the place hails You!
Other than You, who else is ideal for salutation?
By what are the pashus bound?
You tell!

 Notes:

1. The Shulagava mantras explicitly hail the Lord Shiva (while most mantras hail
as different aspects of God in a cryptic way.)
