ऋषि    :    बार्हस्पत्यॊ भरद्वाज
दॆवता    :    वैश्वानरोऽग्निः
छन्दस्    :    जगती

पृ॒क्षस्य॒ वृष्णॊ॑ अरु॒षस्य॒ नू सह॒ः प्र नु वॊ॑चं वि॒दथा॑ जा॒तवॆ॑दसः ।
वै॒श्वा॒न॒राय॑ म॒तिर्नव्य॑सी॒ शुचि॒ः सॊम॑ इव पवतॆ॒ चारु॑र॒ग्नयॆ॑ ॥ ६.८.१ ॥

Meaning of the Prayer Mantra:


 We praise in the worship the Sprakling, Virile, Reddish and Companion Omniscient God.
Like the nectar, the fresh, chaste and purifying words emerge for the Omnipresent, the dear Agni (Svarupa)!
