आ॒रॆ तॆ॑ गॊ॒घ्नमु॒त पू॑रुष॒घ्नं क्षय॑द्वीर सु॒म्नम॒स्मॆ तॆ॑ अस्तु ।
मृ॒ळा च॑ नॊ॒ अधि॑ च ब्रूहि दॆ॒वाधा॑ च नः॒ शर्म॑ यच्छ द्वि॒बर्हाः॑ ॥ १-११४-१० ॥

ArE tE gOghnamuta pUruShaghnaM kShayadvIra sumnamasmE tE astu |
mRuLA cha nO adhi cha brUhi dEvAdhA cha naH sharma yachCha dvibarhAH || 1-114-10 ||

Meaning of the Prayer Mantra:


 

 Oh the Lord of the valiants! Keep away from us the

weapons that can kill cows and humans!

Your benevolence be for us!

Oh Divine, bless us to be happy.

Give us happiness in both the worlds (here and thereafter)!
