Meaning of the Prayer Song:
For me there is nothing in (all) the three worlds to long for.
Oh Bhagavan! Whatever has to come - comfort or discomfort - so be it.
May my conscience be ever at intimacy at Your two Feet,
which (are so beautiful as if to) chastise the charm of the bloomed lotus!
Notes:
1. samabhilaShaNIyam - thing to long for; samunmIla - bloomed; pAthOruha - lotus;
kuhara - inside; uShi - chastise; parichayam - intimacy; upEyAt - aim at.
2. When we have enjoyed Thiruvasagam as well as Atmarpanastuti,
it is tough not to wonder, whether Appayya Dikshithar got quite inspired by the
Thiruvasagam. The intensity of the call to Lord Shiva that is in Thiruvasagam
is reflected very much in Atmarpanastuti as well.

b. நின் தன் வார் கழற்கு அன்பு எனக்கு நிரந்தரமாய் அருளாய் - திருச்சதகம்
