சேக்கிழார் அருளிய திருத்தொண்டர் புராணம்
பன்னிரண்டாம் திருமுறை
திருக்கூட்டச்சிறப்பு

திருச்சிற்றம்பலம்

பூவார் திசைமுகன் இந்திரன் பூமிசை
மாவாழ் அகலத்து மால்முதல் வானவர்
ஓவாது எவரும் நிறைந்துள்ளது
தேவாசிரியன் எனும் திருக்காவணம்

Meaning of the Prayer Song:

Starting from the one with a head per direction residing on flower (Brahma),
Indra and Vishnu on whose chest the Lakshmi on the flower resides,
the celestials without any exception are present
at the holy hall called "Devasiriyan".

Notes: 

1. mA - Lakshmi; kAvaNam - pandal/hall.

2. Since all the celestials including Brahma, Vishnu and Indra
worship the Lord Shiva and thus got their positions,
as devotees all the celestials are present in the assembly
of devotees at the Devasiriyan hall in Thiruvarur.
