Oh Supreme! I do not know anything other than 
thinking that everyone should be blissful!

 Notes: 

1. The Supreme Lord Shiva is thinking of all of us to 
get into Bliss. When we associate ourselves with that very
same Divine goal, we would be in total alignment to 
receive the Bliss and flow it through us.
