Meaning of Thevaram

For the mad devotees, who talk and rave the glorious names everyday on the qualities of the Perfect-colorful-Feet That were beyond vision of the cloud-colored and four-faced, the excitement for them are the Holy Five Syllables.

பொருளுரை

மேகவண்ணனும், நான்முகனும் காண இயலாத, சீர்மையும் அமைப்பும் உடைய செம்மையான திருவடிகளின் பெருமைகளை நாள்தொறும் பெயர் பல கொண்டு பேசிப் பிதற்றும் பித்துடையவராகிய அடியவர்களுக்கு, ஆர்வத்தைத் தூண்டுவதாக அமைவன திருவைந்தெழுத்தே!
