Explanation of song:

The Strange Lord would dance, lightning waist uma watching,
on the gold and gems strewn floor, putting tiger skin on the
shoulder, at the small hall where the thamiz of pANDiyan
and the music blend, in the thiruththillai haunted by
the (ladies of) swan like walk and ambrosia like speech!

Notes:
1. This padhikam quite resembles the thiruvAlangATTu mUththa
thiruppadhikam sung by kAraikkAl ammaiyAr in the same
indhaLam paN - eTTi ilavam

2. thennan - pANDiyan; piyal - shoulder (c.f. aththar piyan mElirunthu - cambandhar);
vikirthan - Lord of strange form/deeds.
